The Veterans Banner Project proudly honors the servicemen and women of Valley Center, both past and present. Banners displaying their names and service details are proudly hung along Main Street from May 1 through July 31, creating a powerful tribute to those who have sacrificed for our freedom. The Main Street Enhancement Grant program offers matching funds to help business and building owners improve the exterior or interior of their downtown properties. These grants help maintain the historic charm of Main Street while encouraging new life, new businesses, and a stronger, more beautiful community core.
